Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link, and the guide opens in their phone's browser. No downloads, no sign-up.
Is the Basic plan really free?
Yes, for 1 property with up to 2 units, forever. You pay nothing and don't need to enter a card. You only need Plus (€49 a year for up to 3 properties with unlimited units) for more units, more properties or statistics, and the first month is free.
What is a property and what is a unit?
A property is the house or building you rent out, and a unit is each apartment, studio or room in it. Every unit has its own QR code, Wi-Fi and link. Example: a house with 3 apartments is 1 property with 3 units. Basic covers 1 property with up to 2 units. Plus is €49 a year for your whole account and covers up to 3 properties with unlimited units. For 4 or more properties, get in touch about Enterprise.
Can someone who isn't a guest see my Wi-Fi password?
No. Every unit has its own private link that can't be guessed. If you want to change it, you create a new one in one click and the old one stops working.
What about guest data and GDPR?
The guide doesn't ask guests to sign in, doesn't ask for a name or email, and sets no tracking cookies. It only records how many times it was opened and in which language, with nothing that identifies the guest. The database is in the EU (Frankfurt).
Which languages is the guide in?
Eight: Croatian, English, German, Italian, Slovenian, Czech, Polish and Hungarian. You write in your own language, and the others are translated automatically when you save. Guests see their language automatically.
What if I'm not good with phones?

Who are the partners guests see?
Local businesses from your town: boat rental, excursions, taxis and so on. They are always labelled as partners.
